Please plan to arrive with enough time to be cozily settled in your seat by 3:45 PM. Arriving 20–30 minutes early keeps everything flowing smoothly. The ceremony takes place on the top level of the building—just follow the signs guiding you to Vintana Wine + Dine. Parking is available in any restaurant guest spot or in the adjacent structure, and additional signage will lead you straight to the ceremony space. If you find yourself early, feel free to enjoy the bar inside the restaurant; it’s a self‑pay spot for a little pre‑celebration sip.
Reception

Our wedding has an elevated beer‑garden vibe and request that you wear formal attire. The reception will be outdoors on grass, so please choose shoes that work well on that surface. Most importantly, we want everyone to feel comfortable, enjoy the evening, and celebrate with us.
Cocktail hour begins at 5:00 PM in the gardens at Stone Brewing and World Bistro. If you arrive early, you may order a self‑pay drink while waiting for the event space to open. Once the reception area is available, please use the designated bars inside the event space for all beverages. Drinks from these bars will be provided by the bride and groom so you can fully celebrate with us. Cocktail hour will feature appetizer stations, followed by a self‑serve buffet dinner at 6:00 PM in the garden. After dinner, we’ll continue the evening with celebration, drinks, and dancing. If you choose to order a beverage from any bar outside the designated event bars, it will be self‑pay.
