Permanent Residents/ Residentes Permanente
Para los residentes permanentes en Estados Unidos que no son ciudadanos estadounidenses, el proceso de visa para visitar Italia depende de su nacionalidad y del propósito de su viaje. 1. Verifica si necesitas una visa según tu nacionalidad. 2. Tener pasaporte válido por al menos tres meses después de tu salida prevista de Italia y tener al menos dos páginas en blanco. 3. Formulario de Solicitud de Visa Completado: Rellenado y firmado. 4. Fotos Tamaño Pasaporte. 5. Prueba de Seguro de Viaje: Cobertura para emergencias médicas y repatriación con un monto mínimo de cobertura. 6. Prueba de Alojamiento: Reservas de hotel o una carta de invitación de un anfitrión en Italia. 7. Prueba de Medios Financieros: Extractos bancarios, recibos de sueldo o una carta de patrocinio para demostrar que puedes mantenerte durante tu estancia. 8. Itinerario de Vuelo: Prueba de regreso o viaje hacia adelante. 9. Tasa de Visa: Pago de la tasa de visa, que varía según tu nacionalidad y el tipo de visa.

Italy has a great train system that is call Trenitalia. Trenitalia is the primary train operator in Italy and is responsible for managing the country’s national rail network. We highly recommend the train to get around as it is an enjoyable way to explore Italy. Use the link below to buy the train tickets in advance from Trenitalia. Le Ali del Frassino Hotel
The couple will be staying at the Le Ali del Frassino Hotel throughout the wedding week. The couple will arrive on September 23, 2025. We kindly ask that all guests stay at Le Ali del Frassino Hotel for at least the two nights leading up to the wedding so that you can join us for the welcome dinner on September 26, 2025 at the hotel’s restaurant. For those staying at the hotel, the couple will provide transportation to and from the wedding venue. Unfortunately, transportation will only be available for hotel guests. If you choose to stay elsewhere, we recommend renting a car, as public transportation is limited. To book your room at the Hotel, please use the link below. SIXT rental car
Renting a car is a great way to explore Italy. From personal experience, we recommend using SIXT rental car. They allow you to pick up and drop off at any of the airports and, in some instances, at major train stations like Milano Terminal. If you decide to rent a car, make sure you obtain an international driver’s license, which will be needed to drive in Italy. You can get it at any AAA location near you for a fee of $35 USD. Alquilar un coche es una excelente manera de explorar Italia. Desde nuestra experiencia personal, recomendamos utilizar el servicio de alquiler de coches de SIXT. Te permiten recoger y dejar el coche en cualquiera de los aeropuertos y, en algunos casos, en estaciones de tren importantes como la terminal de Milán. Si decides alquilar un coche, asegúrate de obtener el permiso de conducir internacional, que será necesario para conducir en Italia. Airport arrival/How to get to the hotel?
We recommend our guests arrive at either MILAN MALPENSA AIRPORT or VALERIO CATULLO AIRPORT. If you arrive at Malpensa, you can take the train for 14 euros or the bus for 10 euros from Terminal 1, Door 4. Both options will take you to Milano Centrale, where you can transfer to a train that goes to PESCHIERA DEL GARDA. If you choose to take the train, it's advisable to book in advance online or purchase your ticket in person. For the bus, tickets can be bought in person before boarding. A few days before arriving contact Le Ali Franssino Hotel to arrange pick up at the train station. Recomendamos llegar al AEROPUERTO DE MALPENSA o al AEROPUERTO VALERIO CATULLO. Desde Malpensa, puedes tomar el tren por 14 euros o el autobús por 10 euros desde la Terminal 1, Puerta 4, hacia Milano Centrale. Allí, puedes hacer transbordo a un tren que va a la estación de PESCHIERA DEL GARDA. Unos días antes de llegar, contacta Le Ali Franssino Hotel para que puedan recogerte en la estación de tren.
Flight and Hotel Confirmation
When you book your flight and hotel, please kindly send us your flight number and the dates you will be staying at the hotel. This will help us know for certain how many guests will need transportation to and from the wedding venue. Cuando reserves tu vuelo y hotel, por favor envíanos tu número de vuelo y las fechas en las que te hospedarás en el hotel. Esto nos ayudará a saber con certeza cuántos invitados necesitarán transporte hacia y desde el lugar de la boda.
