Beach BBQ Welcome at Balneario de Carolina (Outdoor)

To welcome and introduce our families and friends we are offering a very casual gathering on Sunday, July 6th (12-3PM). We will have a beach BBQ at Balneario de Carolina (food will be prepared on site and available on a first come, first served basis). This location is next door to the Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde hotel (our wedding location). We will be near the 1st entrance which is the closest to the hotel. This is a 7 minute walk (7-10 minute walk along the beach) or a 2 minute drive. Please prepare for a hot and humid day with beach wear/swimsuits, towels (and chairs if you have) and anything else that you would be comfortable with. We will provide a few tents for extra shade. Please come prepared for sitting on the sand (unless you have access to chairs). Whether you have food restrictions or not we welcome our guests to bring any specific ready-to-eat food and/or drinks that you may enjoy. Remember to feel free to get in and out of the water as you like, as we probably will too. Feel free to reach out to Luisa with any questions.

Wedding Ceremony (Outdoor)

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Our wedding ceremony is held on an outdoor wooden platform with partial overhead coverage. Guest seating begins at 4:45PM. We request that all of our guests be seated and ready before 5:15PM as our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:15PM.
