When is the RSVP deadline?

The earlier, the better! We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP no later than August 1, 2026. Receiving your response by this date will help us finalize seating arrangements, catering, and other details to ensure a wonderful experience for all of our guests.

Is there parking close by?
Answer
Yes, parking is available near the venue. As the celebration will take place at a clubhouse, parking spaces are limited and outside of our control. We kindly encourage guests to carpool or use ride-sharing services whenever possible. Your cooperation will help make arrival and parking more convenient for all guests. Thank you!

Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?
Answer
The celebration will take place indoors. However, December evenings in Florida can bring a refreshing chill, so guests who tend to get cold may wish to bring a light jacket or coat for the evening. Comfort is key, and we'd love for you to enjoy every moment of the celebration.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?
Answer
Yes, they are! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Avenir Clubhouse. Once you arrive, you can settle in, relax, and enjoy the entire celebration with us, from "I do" to the last dance. We look forward to celebrating this special day together in one beautiful location!

What time do formalities start?
Answer
Our ceremony will commence promptly at 3:00 PM, with the reception to follow at 4:00 PM. Guests can look forward to an evening of great food, drinks, laughter, and celebration as we gather with our family and friends before the dance floor officially opens for the night.
