Palm Springs is hot! So bring light casual clothes and your swimsuit.
This event is optional to celebrate Andy turning 30! Check-in for the Spirit of Sofia begins at 4:00 PM, and we are planning to start dinner at around 6:00 PM. This is an opportunity for all of us to mingle and in true Andy fashion, we will be grilling and enjoying the pool!

To keep things light, we will be having a variety of snacks, refreshing treats, drinks and casual bites. We know everyone will be arriving at different times and will need time to settle in, so come and go as you please. Can't wait to see you!

Dinner

Tropical Cocktail Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, colorful dresses, and fun prints!
To celebrate, we will be having dinner at Mr. Lyons Steakhouse. A chance to mingle, chat, and enjoy a delicious dinner! A cocktail hour will take place with casual bites upon arrival at Mr. Lyons with an open bar for the night, followed by dinner and dessert! We will be having a three-course dinner and we will need to know your preferences for the first-course, second-course, and dessert. Please choose from the following: First Course: - Caesar Salad - Iceberg Wedge - Seasonal Soup Second-Course: - Filet Mignon (cooked to medium rare) - Prime Rib - Market Fish (tbd on seasonal availability) - Vegetarian Option Dessert: Sticky Date Toffee Pudding Mr Lyons Mint Sundae Tarte Tatin
