Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend both the wedding & reception.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not have enough requests rooms to get a block, it had to be a 10 room minimum. Sorry for any inconvenience!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our colors are lavender & sage green, feel free to implement these colors if you wish. Please dress respectfully. Please skip the shorts & jeans for this event. “I highly recommend bringing extra clothes for the kiddos, as there is a playground & large outdoor area for them to run around (pending weather). A change of shoes and some extra layers (sweater, light jacket, raincoat) would be a good idea to have on hand for everyone as well.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

No, we have decided to go non-alcoholic but we will have water, soft drinks, tea, lemonade, juice pouches for the kiddos & N/A options

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. Please feel free to drop anyone off at the top of the hill by the barn then park (sorry, no valet service available) than park anywhere in the parking lot. There are 2 handicapped spots in front of the barn but we want to keep that area free of parked vehicles.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Our ceremony will move indoors at the same facility as the reception. (inside the barn), if this happens last minute, we apologize, we will have to quickly rearrange the decor and will start the ceremony as quickly as possible.
