Guests may begin arriving by 4:30 PM for our pre-ceremony Champagne Social. Please begin taking your seats by 4:50 PM, as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM.
Yes — children are welcome! We just kindly ask that they remain on their best behavior throughout the evening. If a child becomes disruptive, they may be kindly asked to step outside with a parent so all guests can enjoy the celebration.

The celebration will be held at: The Majestic Oaks 3351 Mallory Road Vernon, Florida 32462 Everything—from ceremony to reception—takes place here.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, with the reception indoors. If the weather isn’t cooperating, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors.
Yes — we are having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that all guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony so our photographer and videographer can capture everything without distractions.
We ask that guests park behind the barn, using the second turn into the venue. Signs will guide you!
Guests can enjoy a beautiful charcuterie grazing board and a variety of lawn games while mingling and sipping.
Dinner will include: • Chicken, steak, and shrimp skewers • Mac and cheese • Mashed potatoes • Green beans • Fresh garden salad
We’ll be hosting an open bar all evening, featuring our signature drinks: Hannah’s margarita and Chance’s old fashioned.
