When is the RSVP deadline?

Question
What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is Black Suit Tie Optional. We ask all guests to refrain from jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and any casual clothes.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be indoors at the church. The reception will be indoors, but there is a large outdoor deck and many outdoor areas at the venue if guests would like to get some fresh air.

Is there a shuttle service?
Answer
We will not have a shuttle service. We ask that you please do not drink and drive. Uber & Lyft will be available.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There are plenty of parking spots at the venue. Some parking spots require a bit of walking, so we'd like to ask guests who have trouble with this be dropped off at the front door for their safety.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
It will be stated on your invite if you have a plus one. We have a set head count for our wedding, so please understand that as much as we would love to invite everyone, it is not plausible.

What if I have food allergies?

If you have any allergies, please contact Riley, Matthew, or our parents directly.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Please go to the RSVP section and fill out your name. After you have typed in your name, it will pop up for you to RSVP. Some names are grouped together, for instance “John Smith +1.” So you will not have to type them all individually. If there are any issues, please contact us before the RSVP deadline. Only the names of people invited on the guest list will be allowed to be added. If you try to add an extra name, you will get locked out of the system. If we do not hear back by the deadline, we will mark it down as not attending. We understand people have other obligations, and time is precious to us all, so we politely ask that you let us know. Thank you!

Am I allowed to bring my kids?
Answer
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. Our reception is adults only. Thank you for being understanding :)
Question
What can we do in between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
There will be some extra time between the end of the ceremony and the start of cocktail hour. If guests are looking for things to do during that time, there are a few options: -Casa Larga has a cafe/shop (separate from the venue) that serves wine, beer, cocktails, snacks/appetizers -"The Cannery" in Fairport village features several bar options -Pittsford Pub is also an option not far from the church
