What airport do I have to fly in?

Answer

The closest airport to Cape Girardeau is Cape Girardeau regional Airport, you can fly to Chicago and connect from there to Cape(drive 20min). The other option is fly to St. Louis and drive to Cape (drive 1hr 45min).

What is the recommended outfit?

Answer

Cocktail formal outfit ( dress to impress), preferably olive green

Will Alchol be served?

Answer

No alcohol will be served (religious) —- don’t try to sneak in drinks we check—(we sniff) (sniffing police will be around)

Will I give a speech?

You are welcome to give a speech if you know the Bride or Groom closely(notify us ahead of time)

Any dietary restrictions?

For those of you who do not eat bacon specifically the Bride’s family, there will be signs and stickers noting the food

Will the food be kosher or Halal?

The food is not Halal but it will be kosher and there will be signs for any pork for the Bride’s family

Per the bride’s family’s religious request, a vegan option will be included in the menu.

Kids are welcome during the reception but the wedding will be adults only (21+)
