We will be having a welcome event for all guests! Please join us for some mingling, drinks and s'mores.
4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Your safety driving up and down the mountain is our top priority! If you have booked a hotel or house within 15 miles of the wedding venue, and would like a shuttle to pick you up for the wedding (as opposed to finding your own ride) please reach out to Carolyn Gosselin at (407) 488-6270. She will need the address of your lodging and the names of everyone who will be picked up with you. The shuttle service will call you after the pick-up route has been made to let you know what time they will arrive at your location to take you to the venue. After the wedding, we will have the shuttles waiting to take you all home. You can leave anytime between 8pm-11pm and they will safely return you to your lodging. We would really like to ensure all of our guests are able to have the time of their lives AND arrive home safely. Please note: The shuttle service is complementary and comes at no charge to you. However, tipping the drivers is always appreciated.

Cocktail to semi-formal attire
While we ask that you plan on cocktail to semi-formal attire, our wedding will be outside so practical footwear is highly recommended. Other attire suggestions are cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets with slacks.
