Our adventure begins!

They say everything happens for a reason. Neither Lucy nor Connor could have known the exact trajectory of events when they both accepted jobs at an insurance claims office in Danvers, Massachusetts, in the spring and summer of 2014. Lucy had just moved home from the most magical place on earth in Orlando, Florida, and Connor had just withdrawn from law school at the second most magical place on earth in Concord, NH ;) While they did not find a lifelong passion for insurance claims, they did find a group of wonderful friends, who all spent time together outside of work, and over time, Lucy and Connor realized there was another lifelong commitment they’d be making. The years since have had their fair share of tragedies and triumphs. The passing of family and friends, unexpected medical emergencies, and plenty of career changes truly test a couple’s strength and resilience, but Lucy and Connor have emerged with more faith, hope, and joy than they’ve ever had. From drinking champagne on the peaks of the Swiss Alps or the observatory of the Eiffel Tower, to swimming in the lagoons of Iceland and screaming on the rollercoasters of Disney World, Lucy and Connor have traveled and lived a spirit of adventure, something they will continue until the very end. A shout out to Candy, our server during brunch on the day Connor proposed to Lucy! After brunch, Connor and Lucy walked out to the balcony of The Cliff House, in Ogunquit, and the cloudy skies let up for just enough time for Connor to take a knee! To this day, the southern Maine area is a very special place. They are overjoyed and so proud to be sharing one of their favorite corners of the world with all of you on their wedding day, on the rocky beaches and fresh salty air of lovely York, Maine! We love and care about you all!
