Erin and I met in 2015 as members of the University of Minnesota Marching Band, but it wasn't until 2017 when we became roommates that we knew it was a forever kind of friendship! In addition to being a master of colorful fashion and karaoke queen, Erin is a fierce and loyal friend who is always there when you need her. Erin and her husband Nick are two of our closest couple friends, and we love spending time watching movies, playing games, and just hanging out! We are thrilled to have her by our side on our wedding day!

Matty B and I met our first year of high school and instantly became best friends when we bonded over our mutual love of video games. Our friendship then evolved to roommateship, when I convinced him to move to Winona with me. Unfortunately, this was a horrible decision because he never does his dishes. We still regularly get together to play DnD, and him and Lucy have become fast friends as well.
Katie Grandgenett

Katie is by far the coolest Grandgenett (kidding! kinda.) Katie and I connected immediately upon meeting due to a mutual love of sushi, Lord of the Rings, and video games. After putting up with Cade and his brother Cole for 11 years, Katie has been a strong source of advice on how to deal with Grandgenett boys (again, kidding, we love you Cade and Cole)! Jokes aside, Katie is an overall wonderful human whose creativity, humor, and positivity brings a lot of light into our life! We are so blessed to call her family and can't wait to have her celebrate with us in August!

I first met Cole shortly after my birth, and regretted it ever since. He constantly tried to get me to play NHL with him on the Gamecube, and would trash my room if I said no. I once tried to scratch the game disc to get him to stop asking me, but the damn thing worked anyway. Well who's laughing now shorty! In all seriousness, Cole has always been there for me, and I'm glad I get to call him big brother.
Caitlin Neill

I met Caitlin in 2018 when her husband Melman (our lovely officiant!) brought her to Minnesota for the first time to meet his friends. While the first impression didn't go as planned thanks to a head cold, we soon became friends over sushi dates, football road trips, and generally making fun of Melman. Caitlin has a calming presence and is a very easy person to talk to - we are so lucky to have her by our side!
Nick Ambrosius

Nick is one of the coolest dudes out there! He was first part of the tight knit friend group that started with Lucy’s college roommates. When Lucy and I started dating, Nick and I became fast friends as well! Nick is always the life of the party and always knows how to make people feel welcome, we are so excited for him to bring his fun energy to our wedding!
Kirsten Rasmussen-Kells

Kirsten is the third member of the flutes turned roommates turned BFF's group! Kirsten and I spent our senior year of college bonding over a mutual love of Harry Potter, Disney, and Toontown (yes, the old online role-playing game from 2003). Nowadays, Kirsten and her husband Ryan are the resident camping experts of our group and are always ready for the next adventure! We can't wait to have Kirsten (and her big lovely smile) standing with us in August!

Ryan was another member of the college friend group with Lucy’s roommates. When I joined the group a few years later, we quickly bonded over a mutual love for beer and Mario Kart (where Ryan finally met his match). Ryan is a chill guy who is always down to hang out and play a board game or two, and we are so excited to celebrate with him by our side!

Makayla and I first met in our freshman year of college. She was a friend of my roommates friend who I didn't really interact with much. However, as our friends started leaving college, we easily became fast friends. We regularly get together for food and drinks to gossip about our lives. I know that Makayla will always have my back while we search for the next best soft pretzel.
Jeffery Constantine

Jeffery has been a buddy in my life for over 10 years. He would always join us in our Super Smash Bros tourneys or our online games, and usually kick my ass. He is a chill soul who knows how to rock the bald look, but I think he needs to play a different class in DnD.
Melman Neill

When we started discussing marriage, there was no doubt in our minds about who we wanted to marry us - it had to be Melman. Melman and I became best friends in college primarily due to a mutual tendency for tomfoolery and generally being goofballs. Our nearly 10-year-long friendship has included Star Trek marathons, multiple band trips, a hilarity-filled vacation to Greece and Iceland, and many phone calls during the work commute home to catch up on life. I also proudly take credit for Melman's marriage after I told him to "define the relationship" with his now-wife Caitlin (this was after listening him talk about her nonstop for HOURS). We could not ask for a better O"fish"iant (he does fish research), and we are so thankful that he will be conducting our ceremony!
