Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We truly appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and joining us for a night of fun and celebration.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is creative formal - dress to impress! This means polished, elevated looks with room to have fun through pattern, texture, silhouette, or unique details. Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be at Mallard Hall Estate, so no need to travel between venues.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes prior to ceremony start time to get parked with valet and enjoy a glass of champagne before the ceremony begins.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We love your enthusiasm to celebrate with us! However, we’re keeping the celebration intimate, so we’re only able to welcome those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville Old Henry, which is closest to the venue. There are also several Airbnb options nearby if guests prefer to stay together. If you’d rather be in the Downtown area where there’s more to do, we recommend The Omni, 21c Museum Hotel, Hotel Genevieve, or Hotel Bourrè Bonne. Please note: Our wedding is the same weekend as the music festival Louder Than Life. We recommend booking accommodations early to ensure availability.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP through our website using the RSVP tab. We ask that all RSVP's are submitted no later than August 1st.

Question

What kind of food will be served at the reception?

Answer

We’ll be serving appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by dinner from two food trucks: Fistful of Tacos and Galan’s. When you RSVP, you’ll be asked to choose which food truck you’d like for dinner - so be sure to check out the menu selection page and make your choice in advance. Each guest will receive a ticket at the reception to redeem at their selected truck.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Please share any dietary needs when you RSVP. We’re happy to work with our caterer to accommodate as best we can.
