We are staying at the Vdara. It is a non-gaming MGM resort located on the Las Vegas strip between Aria and The Bellagio, behind The Cosmopolitan. You may choose to stay anywhere on or off the strip but keep in mind travel time and transportation costs to meet up for group events when selecting your location! The strip is 4.2 miles long and there will be a lot of walking! Pack comfortable shoes! Aside from the wedding itself you will definitely not want to be walking around in heels or shoes that hurt! The weather forecast is showing each day spanning high of 106* and low of 75* sunny, with no rain in the forecast. Pack clothes that are light and breezy during the day and a light jacket ‘just in case’. The casinos will be cold, and nighttime will cool down significantly. Bring your sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, and water! Make sure you stay very hydrated during the day. Bring cash! Most ATMs will charge you a convenience fee on their end, then you are also assessed a fee by your bank. It’s typically around $7-8 dollars per ATM visit.
