Everyone will meet in Katie & Dave’s suite at the Vdara at 6:30pm. Beer & Wine and Burgers from In & Out will be provided in a meet and greet setting. At 8:00pm we will head downtown to the Neon Museum to experience the Brilliant! neon light show within the old Vegas neon sign graveyard. Since tickets must be purchased in advance, please rsvp whether you will or will not attend so we can purchase your ticket. Please wear comfortable shoes- there will be a significant amount of walking and the neon museum is in a dirt/ uneven lot. Wedges and heels are not recommended. We will continue on to Freemont Street Downtown after Brilliant! to experience everything that “Old Las Vegas” has to offer!
2:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Attire: All wedding guests are asked to wear solid black or black and dark denim to the wedding. Flashy accessories and anything leather is a plus!
Please meet us in Katie & Dave’s suite at the Vdara at 2:30pm for a cocktail hour prior to the wedding. We will head to the Bellagio at 3:30pm to watch the Fountain Show and take group and individual photos. A party bus will pick us up from Bellagio promptly at 5:00pm to head to the wedding venue together. After the wedding, we will take photos at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign then head to the wedding reception at Bootleggers Bistro on the party bus. The party bus will take everyone back to the Vdara after the reception. Anyone interested in attending the After Party with the newlyweds will meet at the Chandelier Bar at the Cosmopolitan directly after the Reception Dinner.

After being dropped off by the party bus, we will continue to the Chandelier Bar at the Cosmopolitan- the party will continue on from there and we are open to suggestions!

Meet up with the newlyweds for brunch one last time before saying goodbye & catching your flight out of town! Please note this is not a hosted event and attendance is optional. The cost is $33.99 per person or $48.99 to add bottomless champagne. Should you wish to stop by for a quick goodbye, please contact us so we can step out to meet you.
