When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know by June 1st at the latest, but if you know for sure that you will or will not be attending, RSVP sooner rather than later! This will be immensely helpful as we make plans and book vendors.

So you booked out the whole ranch?

Answer

Yup! We will be the only guests on the property from Thursday to Sunday that weekend. Having said that, the owners do live on site with their kids and animals, so please respect their space. Visit the venue website for more details: https://hardscrabbleranch.com/get-to-know-us-faq/

It's Fourth of July weekend! Can I set off fireworks?

Answer

There is a strict no fireworks policy at our venue. Mid-summer in Montana is very dry and comes with extreme fire risk, so please leave the fireworks behind. Plus they scare our dogs.

What's the COVID-19 policy for this event?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will have all events outside or in the large barn on the property so you can socially distance yourself as much as you'd like. We are not requiring masks or proof of vaccination, but please use your best judgement (i.e., get vaccinated if you can, don't come if you're sick, etc.). We all know the drill by now. Please contact Nick or Lucinda if you have any specific questions.

What's the parking situation?

Answer

The venue has plenty of parking available just down the hill from the venue. There will be parking attendants on site to help guide you when you arrive. If you have a hard time walking up hills, let us know in advance and we will arrange parking closer to the barn.
