No! We hope that you will wear something special that makes you feel like celebrating (and dancing!). Wear shoes you can walk through grass and up a small hill.
We are trying to keep our gathering as small and intimate as possible. If your invite was addressed only to you, please check in with us before bringing a plus one.
Yes! We love you and your little ones. And— kids need to be attended by an adult at all times at our venue, per the venue requirements. Check in with us soon about our ideas for shared childcare later in the evening so we can all stay past bedtime to dance :)
Yes, please send us a message to let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Yes! The Hawk and Hawthorn has a parking lot (grassy field) down by the road; a short walking distance away from the gathering site (across a road and up some stairs). There will be a parking attendant to help direct you. Please let us know if you need transportation up to the venue site.
No, we are not providing group transportation. However, if you are from out of town without a rental car or want to carpool please message us and we can set you up with a ride share from town.
Please RSVP by August 1st.
Yes, it's linked on the Registry tab above. However, if you would like to bless our marriage with a gift, we would prefer cash or check. We already live together and have most of the "things" we need but would deeply appreciate financial offerings to support us on our journey to building our family (babies!).
Unfortunately, Hawk and Hawthorne has a no dog policy, so you'll need to leave your pups at home on Friday and Saturday. It is a working permaculture farm and school and they have lots of kitty friends around the property. Only our dog Peaches has been granted permission to be there and will be able to join us for our special weekend.
