This will be a casual wedding dresscode. Sundresses, collared shirts and business casual pants would be appropriate. We hope that you can be creative and wear something that is already in your closet. We highly encourage you to bring rain gear and a warm layer even if the weather report says otherwise. The weather is changeable and is often cooler on the mountain. Stable, practical footwear will be required to navigate the property.
Just yourself! We recommend coming prepared for fall in New England with warm layers and a waterproof jacket or umbrella. Stable and supportive footwear is a requirement to navigate the property and may be particularly desirable if you wish to hike the trails near the house. We also suggest you bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket to enjoy your lunch outside. Some things you can bring if you like, but are not required to: your favorite lawn game to play at the party (if we haven't reached out to you already!), your favorite alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages (an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages will be provided), bug spray and sunscreen. If you would like to contribute a food item to the lunch buffet please reach out to Lucile.
Yes! We request that dogs (other than Bear & Crew) stay in the house or your car for the ceremony, but we are happy to have dogs at the reception. Please note the property is located near a road and there are many hikers and locals walking their dogs. We ask that you keep an eye on your dog and recommend you bring a leash.
