🥟 Savory Dishes Žlikrofi – Little potato-filled dumplings from Idrija (like ravioli). Štruklji – Rolled dough with various fillings (cottage cheese, walnut, tarragon, apple). Served boiled, baked, or even fried. Jota – A hearty stew with sauerkraut/pickled turnip, beans, and potatoes. Matevž – Mashed beans and potatoes, often served as a side.
