Kindly RSVP your and your partner/children's attendance by December 1st. This gives us enough time to arrange room bookings for everybody (especially our guests coming from the Netherlands).
Yes, absolutely. Please do mention them in your RSVP if you plan on bringing them along.
Yes, there is parking at the event.
We have not arranged anything yet, yet if there is a large group traveling from the same hotel (and back the next day), we can help arranging this. Please see travel tab for some recommendations. The venue is quite close to Ljubljana so even taxi service is possible in urgent situations.
Absolutely, please do so on the RSVP tab!
Yes, the dress code is semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits with tie and cocktail dresses.
There will be formal reception, dinner, dessert with cake and midnight refreshments provided, including drinks for the whole evening. If you will book accommodation as an extra, there will also be breakfast the following day.
The venue has accommodation, but our wedding party is large and there are many guests traveling from abroad, therefore if the number of requested rooms exceeds the number of rooms at the venue (which we foresee), there will be rooms booked at the guesthouse in the nearby village. The transport in the night to this accommodation will be arranged by our wedding planner. It is very important to include your request for accommodation (and number of rooms) in your RSVP! The accommodation price for the night will be known after RSVP date.
We will do this for you with our wedding organiser at the venue, but we must know this well in advance so everybody can get a room. This is only for the day and night of the event.
If you wish to bring wedding gifts, we'll be delighted to receive a contribution towards our honeymoon to New Zealand. Thank you!
A good central point is Ljubljana (capital, many hotels, close to the airport and to the wedding venue). If you rent a car, you can also stay at other locations (for example Kranjska Gora, wine region Primorska, go to Croatia/Italy...) See the what to do tab for reccommendations!
