E-Ticket for Entering and Leaving the D.R.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! Every person entering the D.R. must visit the link below and complete the e-ticket prior to arriving at the airport. Once you put in all the information, the website will generate a QR code that you need to save and present at check in. Is there wifi at the villa?

Answer

Yes! All the villas we have reserved have high speed wifi throughout the property

Are towels provided?

Answer

Yes! The villas provide bath, pool and beach towels.

Is there laundry service?

Answer

Yes! There is daily housekeeping and complimentary laundry service. The housekeeping staff can also iron clothes, but they do not have a steamers.

What is the beach like in front of the villas?

Answer

The villas have direct access to a gorgeous, quiet tropical beach which is amazing to enjoy and explore. Pleas note there is a coral rock that comes up and touches the beach in places, so we recommend water shoes if you want to get in the water to swim. The beach is hard packed sand, so it is great for working out, walking, exploring and relaxing. There is also lots of palm trees with plenty of shade.

Do the villas have sunscreen?

Answer

Most of the villas have a few bottles of sunscreen around the pool, but the brand and SPF can vary. We always suggest bringing a bottle of sunscreen that you like as the sun is very strong in the D.R.

Do I need to bring shampoo, conditioner and bath soap?

Answer

The villas provide shampoo, conditioner and soap. If you like to use a specific brand or have allergies to personal grooming products, please bring it with you.

Answer

The D.R. has American style electrical sockets so no adapters are needed.

Can I bring a drone?

Answer

Yes! You can fly drones around the villas and the beach without restrictions as long as you are respecting the privacy of your neighbors

Do I need to exchange money at the airport?

Answer

No! The villas and all excursion providers accept USD, and you will get a low exchange rate at the airport.

How do I pay for excursions, massages, souvinners and other extras?

Answer

USD cash is the best option. For excursions you can also was Zelle or Venmo

Drinking Water?

Answer

The villas will have individual water bottles available for all guests. If you want to be environmentally friendly, bring a refillable water bottle and the villas also have large water dispensers where you can fill up.
