What travel documents do I need?

Answer

You currently need a valid passport (not expiring within 6 months of travel date) and must complete the Traveler’s Declaration form using the link below before arriving in Guatemala, and a new one again prior to departure. Where should we stay?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at Tikal Futura Hotel & Convention Center for your convenience at a special group rate. Discounted rates through the link provided will be valid until November 15, 2026. Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the host hotel to the venue. Pick-up times will be shared closer to the date. Please WhatsApp Giovanni Castro from Black Car at +502 4467-3636 at least 15 days prior to travel. He will coordinate airport–hotel transportation and provide all necessary details, including pick-up times, vehicle type, driver information, and payment methods.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at the Guatemala Country Club.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire: ankle or floor-length dresses and suits with a tie. No sneakers or tennis shoes, please.
