4:00-4:30PM - Guest Arrivals 4:00-5:30PM Cocktails & Hors D'oeuvres 5:30PM - Brief Ceremony 6:00PM - Reception, Dinner and Dancing! For those who'd like a lift, a shuttle bus will take two trips from Hilton Mystic to Kingdom of the Hawk: 3:45PM and 4:15PM. Buses will depart from Kingdom of the Hawk at 9:15PM and 10PM: 9:15PM bus goes to Hilton Mystic. 10PM bus goes to Hilton Mystic then proceeds to the after party.
