Durango Airport (DRO)
The Durango airport is small and easy to navigate, takes all of 10 seconds to walk through – so don't be intimated – and it's only 15 minutes away from town! Airlines Serving Durango: United, American, sometimes Frontier To/From the following cities: (you'd have to change planes here) Denver (DEN), Phoenix (PHX), Dallas (DFW), sometimes Las Vegas (LAS). Uber/Lyft can pick you up and take you the 15 minutes into town for around $20. Rental cars are available onsite at the airport! (book in advance)

Montrose Airport (MTJ)
Montrose is a great alternate choice for your air travel! With more flights & airlines than Durango, and is a gorgeous 2.5 hour mountain drive down to Durango. Uber, Lyft, and Taxis
Though we have pretty limited drivers/cars operating in this town, both Uber and Lyft are available! There are also local cab companies – Durango Cab Service: (970) 259-4818 Buckhorn Limo: (970) 769-0933 We highly suggest you stay at one of the hotels downtown that we have listed below, so you can walk to/from the reception without having to drive or rely on taxi ride-share services. * Please no drinking and driving. Plan accordingly.

Local Bus
There is a local bus service that runs through town! It's a cute red trolly-looking bus, and is only $1 to ride. You can even catch this bus from the downtown Main Street station and ride it to the Walmart station, down the street/walkable from our tiny house! After you check in to your hotel upon arrival on Wednesday, riding this is an option to get to the Open House BBQ. (This bus does NOT go out to the airport, but serves the downtown and surrounding areas)

We have blocked rooms at this hotel for June 29 – July 1 – (2 nights). Cute local basic lodge at the south end of Main Street, with hot tub and pool. Rates range from $145-$175 per night, and rooms can sleep 2-4 people. You'll need to call to make a reservation and ask to use blocked rooms for the Piontkowski Wedding. * You must book your room by May 28th!! * (before the room-block is released to the public)
