Whenever Megan introduces Ashley to anyone, she always says that she has been her best friend since birth. Before Megan even had cognizant thoughts, Ashley has been in her life. Ashley is an active reader, an incredible nurse, and an overall amazing person. She currently lives in South Carolina with her husband and the cutest baby boy ever. From shack adventures to gallivanting around Europe and just being random together, Megan feels so honored to have her as her maid of honor (otherwise known as her "doohickey" as they called it when they were kids).
Quinn O'Connor
Best Man
Quinn and Lucas go way back. Back to the days of Medford public school and the goofy stunts they pulled to keep life interesting. Despite the physical distance between NYC and Winona MN, Quinn and Lucas still connect during philosophy nights or tabletop games over the internet. He is a fun and thoughtful person with a sharp mind. We should mention that Quinn and Shelby got married a year ago in a beautiful and fun event that inspired our own ceremony. With all of our history and continued connection, for the job of best man, he is the best, man.
Jake Miller
Officiant
Jake is one of the most introspective, creative, and caring people that you could ever meet. For anyone that doesn't know, Lucas, Megan, and Jake are part of a little 'philosophy club' that happens every week, along with some other members of their wedding party. If anyone knows Lucas and Megan's spirituality best—it's Jake. The couple considers themselves a hodgepodge of different things and whenever they read a new text, Jake can usually tell what quotes Lucas or Megan will like and dislike. He is also hilarious and has some significant acting experience, so we should all be ready for a great ceremony!
Ella Dostal
Bridesmaid
Ella is best described as a ray of sunshine. She is intensely creative, absolutely hilarious, and one of the most thoughtful people that Megan and Lucas know. Megan first met Ella on the first day of high school and bonded by talking about weird dreams. Then, they hit college and became roommates for nearly the entire time (who needs to speak about those first two months apart, right?). From campus shenanigans to her and Abby visiting Megan and Lucas in New York, the bride and groom both feel so lucky to have Ella in their lives.
Kade Cronin
Groomsman
Kade has known Lucas longer than anyone else in the wedding party! Memories of childhood together include digging for rocks in the backyard, playing split screen video games late into the night, or getting flung off the tube at Liz & Joe's cabin. Kade has always been a dedicated and passionate person. He thinks deeply about the world and builds up the world around him. Whether that's literally building up his house DIY style, helping out at the brewery, or caring for his girlfriend, cats, and dogs.
Abby Palmer
Bridesmaid
Abby is one of the kindest, most creative people that Megan knows. From late-night swing dancing in high school to camping adventures, scribbling down stories, LA sunsets, bad shark movies, and New York wandering, Abby is one of Megan's best friends. Even though Abby now lives happily with her husband in Kenosha, WI, and is restoring a beautiful house, the two still find time to chat and write letters to each other. Megan was honored to stand beside Abby while she got married and is so grateful that she will be standing by Megan's side for her wedding.
Alex Lindgren

Alex and Lucas met at the University of St. Thomas. Music, movies, and humor quickly connected them during the chaotic start of college. Alex also has a quick wit that keeps any conversation lighthearted. Lucas and Alex have a snap streak nearly four years long. Sharing a quick snippet of daily life for so long has kept Alex as a consistent piece of Lucas's life.
Mehru Sheikh

Mehru and Megan met in the wild at a Halloween party a few years ago and quickly became great friends. From traveling all around the East Coast to wandering about the streets of Morocco, Mehru is always down to try something new—she and Richie have traveled to more countries than we can count! From book clubs to random 'how to' classes and late-night apartment dance parties, Megan admires Mehru's strong sense of adventure and can't wait for the many more adventures that are sure to come.
Richie Rivera
Groomsman
Richie was one of the first friends Lucas made in the city four years ago. His humor is infectious and often absurd in a good way. Lucas and Richie have built a tight friendship over bike rides, trips abroad, and comedy. If there is a back room comedy show in town, there is a good chance Richie and Lucas will be sitting in the front row. Richie is one of those friends you can always count on for a good time and a great conversation.
Sheetal Mallavarapu

Sheetal is extraordinarily thoughtful, caring, and always open to trying new things. A therapist by day, a karaoke queen by night—Sheetal is always ready to explore everything the city has to offer. Megan, Lucas, and Sheetal met at Richie's birthday party a few years ago and quickly became close friends. From hoop classes to book clubs and random Irish pubs, Megan is grateful to have Sheetal standing by her side on her wedding day.
Adrian Martinez

Adrian and Lucas have an ongoing man-date of Archery, Pizza, and impeccably priced 3$ Narragansett beers. He is always up for an evening around the city with Lucas and Megan, finding pinball joints or whatever else might come their way. Lucas and Megan met Adrian four years ago and have a lot of stories in between. He is a kind and thoughtful person who we're lucky to have in our life.
Gloria Endicott
Flower Lady
Gloria was one of Megan's biggest supports during grad school (they really bonded after being very, very confused by their first class). Gloria is one of the kindest and most creative people that Megan knows. She is always there for her friends, tells some of the wildest stories (ask her about her blog!), and creates the most beautifully eccentric art. She is a true artist, a wonderful friend, and a beautiful soul—we are both so glad that she will be spreading joy and flowers during our wedding this August.
Kinsey Cronin
Ring Carrier
Kinsey is the master of space and time. She spends her days exploring the fabric of the universe in her research projects at Amherst College in Massachusetts and soon to be a Masters/Phd somewhere. She is a kind person with a calm but competitive spirit. Great things come when she puts her mind to it. Whether that is her research, volleyball, or relationships with those she cares about. It is a joy to have her in our wedding as the ring carrier.
