Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request no jeans or shorts. Think Italian garden party—comfortable and elegant. According to Google, women often wear midi/maxi dresses or floral prints, while men opt for linen suits or blazers, often without a tie. A dress shirt and pants also work for men.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving 20-30 minutes early to ensure that we can begin the ceremony on time with everyone we love present. In other words, please arrive around 3:30pm.

Can I bring my baby or child?

Answer

While we do love your babies and kids, our wedding is going to be child-free.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! Belle Âme has ample parking. Please note that you cannot leave your car in the parking lot overnight.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes. A shuttle will be provided between the Radisson hotel in River Falls and the venue. Shuttle Times: To the venue: Leaves promptly at 3:15pm Return shuttles throughout the evening beginning at 9:15pm. Final shuttle departs at 11:45pm.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors under a covered pavilion—you will not need to walk in grass unless you desire it. Guests will be covered in the shade, but it's Minnesota/Wisconsin so be prepared for a bit of heat.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Belle Âme Vineyard.
