"Hi, I don't think I know you! My name is Devin," is where it all began. Devin noticed Lucas from across the room at a going away party for a friend, and before long she had to introduce herself. In small Wyoming towns, it's intriguing to see a new face, and Devin had to investigate this handsome stranger keeping to himself at a busy party. Lucas was shy, relatively quiet, but she didn't mind; He was one of the sweetest boys she'd ever met, but she could never guess he'd become so special to her. The next week, Lucas took Devin out on their first date at Altitudes, and they soon were inseparable. A few months later, summer break proved to be challenging for this new love, and they decided to "just be friends" while they were both away. The next year, Devin moved out of her sorority house to live with her friend, Kristin, for their senior year. Much to Devin's surprise, their upstairs neighbor was Lucas. Devin knew in her heart this was God putting them together and within a week they were doing dinners and having study dates. Before long, these two were smitten as could be, and soon forgot how life once was before meeting each other. From college outings in that small Wyoming town, to moving across the country together (twice!), Lucas and Devin have been inseparable since.
