Can I bring a guest?
Answer
If your guest’s name is listed on your invite or you have a plus one option when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise we would love to keep our wedding intimate with close friends and family.

Can I bring children?
Answer
As we finalize our guest list we have decided to keep our wedding as an 18 and up event. We hope you can understand we would like to create a sophisticated and intimate atmosphere for all our guests. We realize that this may impact your plans, and we want to ensure you have plenty of time to arrange childcare. We hope that you are still able to join us for our special day, and we look forward to celebrating with you! Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our wedding will be a cocktail/semi-formal event and we kindly request that our guests dress accordingly. We want everyone to feel comfortable and look their best. We ask that our guests refrain from wearing flip flops or denim. Please also refrain from wearing cream or white. Please note that the ceremony is in grass so some women’s sharper heels may sink into the grass. We do encourage our guests to wear cowboy boots as we are having our wedding in a rustic barn setting!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is substantial parking on site, however if you plan on enjoying the open bar we highly encourage utilizing ride shares such as Uber, and LYFT.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will start punctually at 430 o’clock in the evening, please arrive at the latest 415 or you will unfortunately miss out on the ceremony.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please kindly RSVP by April 12th, 2025. If you cannot make the wedding you will be missed! Please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Where should I stay?
Answer
As the wedding approaches we highly recommend booking accommodations early as that weekend is the University of Tennessee graduation weekend. Because of this airbnbs and hotels will fill up quickly. To make this easier we have reserved a room block at the downtown Knoxville Hilton hotel. Link in travel section.
Question
What color are the bridesmaids wearing?
Answer
The bridesmaids will be in dusty rose aka light pink.

How does seating work?
Answer
The ceremony will be open seating with the front reserved for immediate family. The reception will be open seating as well, we encourage you to sit and mingle where you’d like.
