May I bring an Additional Guest?

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those specifically invited. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

If Someone Listed on my Invitation is Unable to Attend, May I Bring Someone Else in Their Place?

We kindly ask that all guests attend as addressed on the invitation. If an invited guest is unable to attend, their seat will not be reassigned. Due to limited capacity and carefully arranged accommodations, we are unable to allow substitutions. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Are Children Welcome?

Although we love your children, this will be an adult only occasion. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a special date weekend!

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code is formal all-black attire. We kindly ask all guests to wear elegant black attire in keeping with the tone of the evening. This can include floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, suits, or tuxedos. Thank you for honoring this request and helping us create a beautifully unified aesthetic.

Is There Parking Available at the Venue?

Answer

Yes, self-parking will be available on-site at no cost to guests. Signage will be provided to direct you to the designated parking areas. If you require accessible parking, please let us know in advance so we can make necessary arrangements.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park and take your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour.

Is This an Indoor or Outdoor Event?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside, while the reception will be inside. Please keep this in mind when picking your attire.

What if I Did Not RSVP in Time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will be automatically marked as a “no”. We will miss celebrating our special moment with you, but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the timeframe we were provided. Thank you for understanding!

Will There be an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes. The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safely!

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our Ceremony will be completely unplugged! We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us in the moment, and we’ve hired a professional photographer to capture everything beautifully. Thank you for understanding!

When Does the Unplugged Part Begin and End?

Answer

We ask that you turn off and put away all devices as soon as you arrive at the ceremony space and keep them away until the ceremony is over. You’re welcome to take photos and videos again during cocktail hour and the reception!

Can I Post on Social Media?

Answer

Absolutely! Just not during the ceremony itself. Once the unplugged part is over, feel free to post away. We’d love it if you used our hashtag: #GoingGordon2026

I Received The Save The Date. How Do I RSVP?

Answer

We are excited that you are planning to join us. Please note that the Save the Date is intended only to provide early notice of our upcoming celebration. Formal invitations will be sent at a later date and will include instructions for submitting your RSVP. At that time, the RSVP tab on our website will also become available. We sincerely appreciate your patience and look forward to celebrating together.
