Jenna first met Maggie on August 2, 1996, under unexpected circumstances, when she discovered that Maggie was not a little brother, but a little sister. From that moment on, Maggie has always looked up to Jenna—borrowing her clothes and even following her to college. Jenna can do it all - whether raising a family, commanding an army of pets, or excelling at her career, her resilience and caring make her someone we can depend on. Maggie can't wait to have her by her side as she and Ben begin their next adventure together.

Maggie has known Laura her entire life. Growing up, they were often mistaken for twins and inseparable. As children, Laura wouldn’t nap unless Maggie was by her side. Maggie has always admired Laura's dedication to her education, as well as her ability to balance it with making time for her sisters. Now, Maggie is excited to have Laura by her side for the wedding, continuing their lifelong bond as they celebrate this special moment together.
Megan Bellusci

We are beyond thrilled to have Megan apart of our big day! Maggie, Megan and Ben have been three peas in a pod on multiple adventures from Bellingham to Amsterdam. We have been so impressed with Megan's initiative with research in school and now in her career in environmental sustainability. We look forward to seeing all that she accomplishes, and to make more memories in the future!

Tara has always been one of the most talented people in the room - whether it be art, cooking, teaching, or anything else she puts her mind to, she has always succeeded with her own individual style. Tara's compassion, patience and understanding have always set her apart, always striving to help her students (and now Jasper!) open up their world. Maggie is beyond excited to have her by her side on this special day!

Maggie is beyond grateful to have Caitlin as a bridesmaid, and looking back on their journey together always brings a smile to her face. They met through Caitlins husband Dan and since Maggie moved back to Seattle they have become best friends. Together, they’re always the life of the party, sharing laughter and unforgettable moments. Maggie feels incredibly lucky to have Caitlin in her life and couldn’t imagine this special day without her by her side!
Sarah Kelley

Sarah has been a lifelong friend since middle school, and they have shared so many memories, from playing softball together to supporting each other through the ups and downs of life. Their friendship has never wavered, and they ended up living together in Seattle with their partners, Devin and Ben. Sarah is always there for a girls' night, is someone you always want on your team when playing games. She never hesitates to support my wild shenanigans with her compassionate heart.
Amanda Watamaniuk

Maggie is so grateful to have Amanda by her side as a bridesmaid on her special day. They first met during freshman year spring break in Gulf Shores, Alabama, bonding over oysters, and then spent two years living together during their junior and senior years at the University of Kansas. Amanda is one of the most passionate, kind, and caring people Maggie knows, and she is very lucky to have her as a close friend.
Dan Scheid
Best Man
Dan was one of the first people that Ben met after going to college at University of Washington, quickly becoming one of Ben’s best and enduring friends. Luckily for Ben the friendship continued after college, as Dan was able to introduce him to his good friend back home from school in Kansas, Margaret. Among many other great qualities, Dan goes out of his way to do meaningful things for his friends and family, is always the catalyst for good times, and makes the best pork shoulder roast you’ve had. Dan and Cait have been a constant in Ben and Maggie’s lives together from the very beginning, and we feel honored to have him as Ben’s best man.
Devin Kelley

Devin and Ben also met through Dan, and along with his wife Sarah were Ben and Maggie’s roommates for three years. Devin is a man of admirable understanding and patience with everything he encounters in life, and can have an intelligent conversation regarding just about anything. He has an impressive scope of knowledge regarding his hobbies, especially racing, and is always trying to elevate his craft, be it cars, cooking, coffee, or cocktails. Devin and Sarah are some of Ben and Maggie’s closest friends, and we are very happy to have him with us on this important day.
Mitchell Stafford

Although they didn’t live together in college, Mitch and Ben met several times through Dan over the years, and they became good friends as the group spent more time together after college. Mitch brings laughs and good times at every outing, and is an oasis of relatability in construction for Ben among a friend group full of software engineers, finance executives and healthcare professionals. Mitch brings up the mood in any situation and is always great to have a conversation with, and Ben and Maggie look forward to making more memories with him in their future lives together.
Drew Fass
Groomsman
Drew left California to go to school in Seattle, and as pretty much everyone experiences, Ben quickly learned that Drew was a stand up guy you wanted to be around. A friend that cares deeply for those around him, Drew is the first to ask you how you’re doing and talk about what’s going on in your life. Ben has always been impressed with Drew’s strength of character and ability to hold true to himself, always able to go against the current without a second thought. We consider Drew a very close friend and couldn’t imagine our wedding without him.
Chris McKnight
Groomsman
Chris is Ben’s brother in law, married to his older sister Tara. Chris shares a lot of interests with many friends; at any given time you may find him skiing down the side of a mountain in Japan, coaching golf, or volunteering as a fireman. Able to start a conversation with just about anyone he bumps into, Chris makes connections with people everywhere he goes. Chris is also a great family man, and we are lucky to have him in our lives.
Jack Burgess

Jack and Ben have been friends since middle school, spending weekends tabletop gaming or playing online, and lived together for a few years after going to different colleges. Jack was there when Maggie came into the picture - she was called “Mexico girl” back then - and she considers him one of her good friends as well. Jack’s a committed friend who throws a great party, makes a killer cocktail, writes and plays music, with many other talents besides. Jack’s character is exemplified by the great people he surrounds himself with, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him in our wedding.
Blake Martin

Blake is Maggie’s brother in law, married to her younger sister Laura. Maggie always described Blake to Ben as a “Laura’s cute boyfriend with really good eyebrows,” but it was Blake’s hobbies Ben found most impressive after meeting. From metalworking to roping competitions, he tackles all his interests with everything he has. Blake is a reliable presence in all his friends’ and family’s lives, and Maggie and Ben are excited to see the life he and Laura build together.
Mike Logan
Usher
Mike is Maggie’s brother in law, married to her older sister Jenna. Mike runs an impressive spread of venues, breweries, and other businesses in Lawrence, and is very involved in the community, helping put on a range of events throughout the year. Ben enjoys talking with Mike during family gatherings, especially about the different projects he’s working on. Ben and Maggie always look forward to their visits out to see Mike along with Jenna and the kids, and look forward to building on all the good experiences they’ve had so far.

Mike is Ben’s uncle, younger brother to his father Mark. Impressively competent at everything he does, he easily pivots from climbing the corporate ladder to creating a meticulous garden. Traveling abroad with Mike is an unmatched experience, being an unimpeachable authority when it comes to delicious food and good living. Ben has always aspired to emulate Mike’s commitment to his friends and family, as he constantly gives his time and effort to help those around him. Maggie and Ben value Mike and his husband Goran dearly, and it means the world to us that Mike is officiating our wedding.
