Getting to Épernay is easy and can be done in three steps: 1) Book a flight to Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Paris-Orly (ORY). 2) Book a train from Paris to Épernay using Trainline or SNCF Connect. 3) Book a hotel in Épernay for Devember 19th - December 21st, 2025. See below for more detailed travel information.
Flight
For those traveling from the US, we suggest flying into either Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Paris-Orly (ORY) airports. These airports offer the most affordable options and are conveniently located close to the train station for your transfer to Épernay. To find a flight that works for you, use Google Flights and enter your preferred travel dates to Paris. International flights are typically the most affordable when booked at least 5 months in advance, so we recommend starting your search in early. Keep in mind that booking a round trip ticket from the same airport can generally be much cheaper than booking flights to and from different airports when flying internationally.

Since many of us will be making this journey together, we've arranged group transportation to make the trip easier and more enjoyable than navigating the trains. This is perfect for those who want to arrive early to Épernay and explore before the festivities begin. Train
Next, you can book your train ride from Paris to Épernay using Trainline or SNCF. Direct trains are available from the Paris Gare de l’Est train station several times per day, and the trip is a quick 1 hour and 20 minutes. We recommend an Uber from your airport to Gare de l’Est, but it can also be reached by the Paris Metro. Please plan to arrive at the train station at least 15 minutes before your departure time. Trains leave on time and will stop boarding 10 minutes before departure. Alternatively, Épernay is a short drive from Paris, and cars are available to rent at both Airports. Parking is available at our venue.
Travel Note
Épernay is a small town in France. Due to the size of the town there are a lot of boutique hotel options that have limited number of rooms available. There are more than just these hotel options listed in the area. If there is not a room available at one of these hotels we encourage you to look for other options. AirBNB has apartments that are available for booking over the wedding weekend and is a great and sometimes cheaper option as opposed to a hotel room.
