What precautions are you taking in regards to the pandemic?

Answer

The safety of our guests is of utmost importance to us. As such, we are closely monitoring the pandemic and taking all necessary steps to abide by local, state and federal recommendations and regulations. For extra precaution, our entire wedding will be outdoors and we'll keep you updated about any changes to our day as necessary.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible after receiving your invite so we can notify our vendors of a final guest head-count. We ask that all replies be received at the latest by the date notated on your invite.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive in time to be in your seat by 4pm. The reception will immediately follow at the same location as the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we thought you might like a night off. The bride and groom respectfully request that this remain an adult only affair.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

It will be clearly stated on your invite if you have been allocated a 'plus one'. Although we wish we could accommodate everyone, space is limited at our venue. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is semi-formal, so leave the jeans at home and get dressed up with us! Although May is usually a warm month in Chico, please plan accordingly as our entire wedding will be outside and it may get cooler at night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue has plenty of parking on site. If need be, you can leave your vehicle parked there overnight as long as you pick it up by 12pm the next day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be pre-arranged transportation to and from our venue. However, know that Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are widely available in Chico.

Can we take photos and video during the wedding?

Answer

The bride and groom have asked that you keep your cell phones and cameras away and refrain from photography during the entire ceremony. Two amazing photographers and a videographer will be present and will be providing us with amazing content which we will be excited to share with all of our guests. We would hate for a well-meaning person's phone to block any of our special moments that our photographers are trying to capture. However, after the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos during the reception as you want and share on social media using our hashtag #LoyaLove

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You will be able to notate any special dietary needs when you RSVP. Please note that all of our meal options are proudly local and vegetarian!
