What is the deadline to book the room? Our room block is available until January 31st, 2026. After this date, availability and rates are not guaranteed.
Travel Note
Please book your stay through our travel agency using the link below to be part of our group and get access to all wedding events. Room rates are pre-set through our group block. A minimum 3-night stay is required. If you’d like to stay more than 5 nights, please contact our travel agent directly. Once our reserved rooms are full, any additional bookings will need to go through the resort at a higher rate, so we recommend booking early! Do I have to stay at the all-inclusive resort? Yes, all guests are required to stay at the resort. This is a rule set by the resort. They only allow a limited number of outside guests with day passes, and they do not permit more than one day pass per wedding. To ensure everyone can attend all wedding events and avoid any issues with access, we kindly ask that all guests book through our room block. What is included at the all-inclusive resort? Your stay includes unlimited meals, drinks (including alcohol), snacks, entertainment, and access to pools, beaches, and other amenities.
Travel Note
To be safe, make sure your passport expires AFTER September 2026. A valid passport is required to travel to the Dominican Republic. Please ensure it is valid for at least 6 months after your travel dates.
Flight
All guests should fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). This is the closest airport to the resort and the most convenient option for international travelers. The airport is approximately 30 minutes from the resort. If you book your stay through our travel agent, roundtrip airport transfers to and from the resort will be arranged for you. We recommend booking flights early for the best rates and availability. Is transportation to the resort included? Airport transfers are included when you book through our travel agent for a fee. If you would not like to book the airport transfer, you will need to arrange your own transportation from the airport to the resort.
Travel Note
What should I pack? Think tropical! Bring sunscreen, swimsuits, comfortable clothes, and bug spray. Dressier outfits for events are also encouraged, please no jeans. What’s the weather like in Punta Cana? Expect warm, sunny weather with temps between 70°F–90°F. Occasional showers are possible.
