It all started with a swipe right. For Justin, it was Hannah's great eyebrows and soft smile. For Katie Harris, it was Justin's blue eyes and the golden retriever in the photo. Yepp, you read that right. Hannah never actually swiped on Justin. She was about to delete Bumble off her phone when her college friend, Katie asked to swipe for her over lunch. Katie picked Justin's profile and swiped right. The rest was all Hannah, though. They talked for days about their love for romantic comedies, God, favorite Norfolk spots, and places they both wanted to travel to. Justin told Hannah all about being an accountant and studying for the CPA, and Hannah told Justin all about her plans to visit Finland after graduation and wanting to move to Texas. From their first awkward Sunday morning coffee date, they were inseparable. Spending most weekends and weekdays together. Hannah got to experience her first busy season as the girlfriend of an accountant, and Justin got to learn what kerning was. After graduation, they braved many relationship and life milestones: dating long-distance, living through a global pandemic, first apartment together, living together during a global pandemic, getting COVID because of said pandemic, getting their first puppy (Benji), and more recently, traveling to Europe together! Justin proposed on January 8th, 2022 at home in their apartment. Benji was the only witness, and loved it!
