Wedding Updates

Answer

Our ceremony & reception will now all take place at Eagle Quest golf course in Douglasdale. The reception space will not be open to guests until 5:30pm. You are welcome to stay at the golf course in between as there is a restaurant/lounge available for you to purchase food and drinks. If you do leave, please make sure to arrive by 6pm for the start of the reception. If you have anymore questions, please reach out 🤍 please leave your golf clubs at home :)

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is March 31st, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will mark you as a ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest number and we hope you understand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who have been formally invited. If you have received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this wedding is exclusively for adults with the exception of immediate family who are part of the wedding party. Enjoy a date night with us.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will take place outside. The sun will hopefully be shining, but please dress appropriately for crazy Calgary weather.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Both venues have free parking available. Eaglequest golf course does allow overnight parking as well to ensure there is no drinking & driving.
