Jenna and I met in the fall of 2004 while working at a Tanning Salon (LITS!) In the beginning I wasn't sure if she liked me, she was a little more wild than I was (and by little, I mean a lot). It didn't take long for us to become friends, and eventually soul sisters! Through all the changes we've both gone through these past 16 years we've always managed to be close from far away. You've been there for me in the best of times, picked me up in the worst of times, & without a doubt always my first phone call! There isn't a soul in this world that knows me better than you, and I'm certain you know more about me than I know about myself! You make me a better person and friend. From the time I was born, until now, my brother Danny has looked out for me...nonstop! We've been through so many things together, the good, the bad, and the ugly. But, no matter what we've gone through we've always come out stronger together. I look up to him so much and sometimes I don't even think he knows what an inspiration he's been to me throughout the years. I couldn't have hand picked a better brother and friend than this guy right here. There was no hesitation when I picked him as my best man, I just picked the best man I've ever known. I am honored to have him standing next to me and even more blessed to call him my brother.

My sissy!! Heather is my 1/2 sister who was born and raised in the state of Alaska! I met her for the first time when I was 11 and it has been the most wonderful and loving relationship I could have ever asked for. Even though you're so far away and have created a beautiful family of your own, I know you're always there! There isn't a sweeter soul in this world!! When we are together all we do is laugh and talk and get into the personal parts of life that you really can only share with your sister. I'm so thankful that God made you mine, I wouldn't want to imagine what life would be without you and I certainly couldn't fathom you not standing by my side on my wedding day. I met Dale in EMT school way back in 2003. From the first day, we were pals. Our similar upbringing and love for the Dolphins made us comfortable with each other right away. Before I knew it we were inseparable. Dale and his wife Lauren have been a huge part of who I am since 2003. When I was at my lowest, Dale took me in & treated me like family. Dale would drive me around looking for work on his days off, & I’ll never forget the loyalty and commitment he has always had. Dale showed me what loyalty and integrity look like. I have respected this man for almost 20 years and I’m so honored to have him stand by my side when I marry my best friend. I hear people say all the time “you can’t choose family”, in this case they are right! Dale & Lauren chose me years ago and I’m so damn grateful!

Jay and I have the longest history of any one else I've ever known. We've been friends for nearly 35 years, and was my first friend when we were itsy bitsy. When we were younger he would make me play "Ninja Turtles" & I would get so upset he wouldn't play "Pretty Pretty Princess" with me. We both went to Akron for college, and went through a lot! Football games (Zips & Browns!), partied, celebrated milestones, and got stuck in the snow more times than I can count. This guy has been there for me in times I didn't know who else to go to, and has been my best friend through it all. I love watching him as a husband (love you Shannon) and as a father (love you Lily & Emmy). He and his family are a light to my life and even though its "untraditional" I couldn't imagine him not being by my side.

Julia was 18 months when I first laid eyes on her & she has owned my heart ever since. After another 18 months, I gave that beautiful little girl my last name and officially became her dad. I coached her Tball, played endless games of dress-up and I’ll tell you what, she could catch and throw a football. Now my babygirl is grown and light years ahead of where I was at that age. She is kind hearted, looks out for her brother, loves animals and still laughs as she did when I would pretend to trip and fall. She has my humor, makes my expressions and takes tremendous amount of pride in her work. I am so blessed to be called your dad, watching you grow has been the pleasure of my life. I love you my beautiful daughter and thank you for taking another journey with me as I marry my best friend.

Shelly and I met in the Fall of 2006 working at a Tanning Salon in Akron (LITS!) We became instant friends! We met and 3 weeks later she walked up to me and said, "I need a new roommate, wanna live together?" And just like that, we were bonded for life. We had many adventures together, everything you could think of when it comes to two girls going through college together. Shelly, you made me step out of my comfort zone and I wouldn't be the woman I am today without you! If it weren't for you and Merce opening up your apartment to me in Atlanta and allowing me the opportunity to move down, my life would be so different. I wouldn't have found my job, which led to meeting Chris. This wouldn't have been possible without you, and I will forever be thankful! I love you! "Stomp that Snake!"

My son, I remember holding you just after you were born and telling you “ I’ll always be here for you buddy”. I was so excited to have a son. Someone I could show how to be a good man and that's exactly what you are. You have the biggest heart of any 18 year old young man I've ever met. Like me, you have had your struggles, but you overcame them, learned from them, & I can’t tell you how much I respect that. Integrity and respect are just words for most your age but you have made them a way of life. I’m so damn proud of you son! Thank you for showing me miracles really do happen. I am so proud that YOU are the next generation of Lott’s. You have something special in you, I can see it. Shoot for the moon, my son as you can be anything you want! I met Heather in 2014 when she started dating Brian. I knew, (from the moment we sang Trap Queen at the top of our lungs together) that we would be in each others lives forever! No one quite gets my humor, music choices, or Friends references quite like you. We are always sending each other funny pictures or GIF's in the middle of the day just to check in, and don't even get me started on the funny videos! I love our goofy friendship; how you just get me and know the perfect things to say at the perfect time. We always joke about God not making us sisters because our moms couldn't handle that, but family isn't always blood, it's the people you want in your life that you consider family... and that's Heather! Brian and I met in Atlanta when he picked me up at the airport to move Kait down to Florida. I hopped in his truck, and from the moment we met it was as if we had known each other our whole lives. We didn't know we would be up the entire night STILL PACKING, or that we would switch hotels at 3am so we could get some sleep, but somehow we made it through. This kid is full of life and loyalty. We are always laughing and having a good time when we are together. Brian is the little brother I never had and even though he's younger than me, I still look up to him in many ways. Hopefully I can be as good of a husband as he is.

I met Tiffani in the summer of 2012 when Logan brought her to Atlanta for us to meet! We lived so far away for so long, but were able to keep our relationship strong! Tiffani, you are definitely the person I go to when I need that strong yet thoughtful advice. I can be a handful and when I call kicking and screaming you have that calming presence about you. Another thing I love about you is, you're so good at checking in with/on me! I enjoy our talks and the time we spend together is special quality time to catch up with each other, I am very thankful for those moments! I appreciate all your help the past few months in regards to planning everything, sending pictures, links, and letting me know what to expect. You've been a life saver!! Logan and I met when he and his wife Tiffani came to visit Kait in Florida. Logan is a solid dude who always has great advice. He's the "big brother" of the family and I really look up to the man he is. I noticed from early on that Logan is the sibling who "goes first", sets the pace, and wants to make sure his brother and sister are protected at all cost, which I believe is an amazing quality! He's always welcomed me with open arms, he's always laughing and telling funny stories, and is great to be around. He's a new dad and not only is he a great dad, but he reminds me a lot of myself as a first time father. He's loving, protective, and he's the kind of guy you know will always be there!

Winter is our sweet niece, daughter to Brian & Heather, who we love so much! Part of our reason for moving to Savannah was to be closer to her so we can be present in her life, & to this day is one of the best decisions we've ever made. Not only do we get to spend time with her at family events, but we get our monthly Winter sleepovers where we get her all to ourselves! We love hanging out with you, whether it's going out & doing something fun, tinkering in the garage building something, doing our makeup (yes, Chris too), or just relaxing watching Friends. You're the smartest 13 year old we've ever met & we are both so blessed we get to be close to you! You're growing up so fast, & we are so thankful we get to be a part of that and experience life with you! We love you Winter Grace! xoxo

Sara is our adorable and fun niece who lives in Alaska with her family (Josh, Heather, & Scout). Every time we are all together she is the life of the party! She knows how to dance like there is no tomorrow, and she is never shy during a conversation! We love talking with Sara because she always has something super fun and exciting to tell us!! She's a super girly-girl who loves dresses and shoes, but don't let that fool you... she can also snowboard like a champ and she's not afraid of bugs! The sweetest little girl with a super fun and sassy attitude, and I promise, she will be the life of the party!! Oh, our sweet little Scout! Scout is our niece and daughter to Heather Harris and sister Sara Harris (Josh Harris too!), which means she too, lives far far away in Alaska. I swear, I never thought I could love and adore another human being as much as I do this kid! It's hard to explain, but it's even harder to imagine a young child growing up knowing and loving someone who has lived hundreds of miles away since the day he was born. Jenna (MOH) has done the best job with keeping me involved in her family in the time since I've left, but it's unbelievable the bond I have with this little guy! Once (Christy) came into the picture, he fell in love with Kolson too. We FaceTime goodnight a couple times a week, he tells me about his days, and what he did (good or bad), and when I visit he's always there with the biggest hugs and kisses! There is no way we could get married without this kiddo! Little man, you're our little buddy forever! We love you, Kolson!! xoxo

Oh little Axel, how we love you so much!! So, Chris met Axel's dad, Eddie when he moved to Florida. Once I moved to Florida and got settled, there was one night I was really sad that I didn't have any friends. Without saying a word Chris picked up his phone, called Eddie, and asked if he and his wife Leslie would meet us for drinks... after that night, whether they liked it or not, they were stuck with us!! We love Eddie and Leslie as if they were our own family, so there wasn't a second thought on who we would want to be one of our Ring Bearers. We got to meet Axel on his first day in this world, and love that we get to watch him grow! We love the whole Ochoa family, and we hope you know that you are no longer friends, but our family! Chris and I met Jose when we moved to Savannah. We immediately became friends with he and his wife, Carrie. They were fun, easy to talk to, and all around an amazing couple. When Chris and I were trying to decide who we would like to marry us, it wasn't a hard decision to agree on. Jose is a family man, who married his high school sweetheart, and is one of the best guys out there! He actually officiated my brother Brian's wedding, so after asking Brian and Heather if they minded us asking Jose, it was a wrap! We are so thankful he agreed to stand up there with us on our big day, we look up to him and Carrie so much, and couldn't imagine it being anyone else! We love you guys!!
