Do I have to book through your travel agent?
Answer
Yes, we ask that you book your stay through our booking website under the travel tab in order to be a part of our wedding group and to receive the discounted rate. If you have any questions or issues booking through the booking website, please reach out to Calli, our travel agent. She is here to answer any and all travel/ booking questions you may have to make the booking process as stress-free as possible. Please note that this resort requires all guest rooms to be booked within the couple's room block. The hotel charges a fee per person to attend the wedding events if you do not book one of the rooms the couple is holding. To avoid extra fees, please make sure to book using our booking website.

What airport do I fly into?
Answer
When you book your flights, be sure you are flying into the CANCUN airport, code CUN. We encourage you to book your airport transfers through our agent Calli as well, as they are partnered with safe & reliable transportation.

Should I take a taxi or car service?
Answer
We highly recommend booking a car service through our agent Calli ahead of your arrival. They partner with safe & reliable transportation services. Taxi's & Ubers in Mexico, specifically leaving the Airport, are not a reliable way to commute. For safety & cost effectiveness - please book ahead of time!

Can I stay longer?
Answer
Absolutely! This is your vacation too, so please feel free to stay as long as you would like. Please arrange your extended stay with Calli. You can book excursions & additional services through the hotel concierge as well, including aquatic adventures, golf sessions & spa services!

Can I stay at a different resort?
Answer
We would love to have you at the resort with us and our group! If you choose to stay somewhere else, each guest will be required to pay for a "guest pass" per event in order to attend the wedding. They can only arrive an hour before the wedding events, and must leave as soon the events are over. They also will need to provide transportation & arrange arrivals/departures with the resort, as this is a private gated resort area.

Can I use USD at this resort?
Answer
Absolutely! The resort is all inclusive, meaning that your drinks and food are covered for your entire stay! We recommend bringing small bills ($1s & $5s) to tip bartenders and servers if you are experiencing good service, but it is not necessary.

Dreams & Secrets Playa Mujeres is located on a private stretch of beach in the Cancun area. There is a security gate to enter & leave the resort area - making this an exclusive & very safe area.
