When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 PM at The Seely Pavilion on Saturday. You are welcome to arrive early and explore The Omni Grove Park Inn!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Winter brings colder temperatures, but Asheville doesn't see much snowfall, although surrounding mountains could be snowcapped. However, we have experienced warmer winters so we suggest checking AccuWeather prior to the wedding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at The Omni Grove Park Inn - Seely Pavilion. The resort will have directionals placed leading guests to the location. Please see this website for a map of the resort - https://bit.ly/30pARVd

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Please leave all photography at the ceremony to the professionals (we will be sure to share their amazing work with you all after the wedding). Pictures at the reception, however, are welcomed!

Will you live stream your ceremony?

Answer

Yes, the bride and groom are planning to live stream the ceremony for guests that cannot attend due to COVID-19 or other circumstances. If you are interested in this, please see the Schedule tab with the Zoom information.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Oh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We look forward to celebrating with you on the big day!

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle service running from the other hotels to The Omni Grove Park Inn. However, this is a short 8-minute drive with either your personal car, Uber, or Lyft.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created a few online registries which can be found under our Registry tab.
