Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, casually dressy and festive western flair are all welcomed. Most importantly, we want our guests to feel comfortable and ready to hit up the dance floor.

Driving and parking directions to Ceremony / Reception

Answer

The fairgrounds is just minutes from town. Simply take McLeod Street north, cross the railroad tracks and follow the road until you arrive. We will have signs or balloons out to help point the way.

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

We ask all guests arrive at the Fair Grounds and find their seat between 5:30 and 5:50 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 pm.

Is the Ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be approximately 30 minutes and outdoors. The reception will immediately follow inside and outside of the main barn.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! All ages are welcome.

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Heavy appetizers will be served throughout the evening in lieu of a sit-down meal.

May I leave my vehicles on the premise overnight?
