Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Join us and witness our ceremony as we exchange our vows, exchange our rings, and make our marriage official! The Pines Cathedral is a beautiful and intimate outdoor venue with wooden pews, rocks and pine trees around. Look out for wildlife in case some cute creatures want to join us too!

Cocktail Hour

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

The Gazebo is a short walk from the ceremony site at Pines Cathedral. During cocktail hour, we will be serving appetizers with an open bar. Get warmed up with music from our DJ to meet our guests and enjoy the beautiful view of the ranch from this great spot!

Reception

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

At 5:30, our DJ will announce for you to make your way from the Gazebo to the Barn. It is a short and beautiful walk from the cocktail hour site to the reception venue. Dinner will begin at 6:15, where we will have a buffet of delicious food arrangements. 7:00PM: we will provide a champagne glass for a toast at the bar. Shortly after we will walk just outside the barn into the patio area for our first dances. During our dances, the barn will be flipped and turned into our spectacular dance floor for the evening! 7:15PM: Join us for our Cake Cutting! 8:00PM: The cake will be served and the open dance floor will begin! Don't forget to check out the downstairs Man Cave where you can find a poker table, pool table, foosball, darts, and more! 9:00PM - Ladies, don't forget to join the bouquet toss! 10:30PM - Bar Closes - Grab your last call before then! All guests must leave the venue by 11:00PM
