You’re probably wondering how a Southern country-boy from Georgia ends up with a Taiwanese Girl from California? In March 2016, we met at a business meeting in Georgia. Lance was selling microscopes for Ophthalmologists, and Jenn was selling lasers for Ophthalmologists - so it was a perfect match! We became business partners, and went to the next industry conference in New Orleans, where we spent a few days together working hard and playing hard. We quickly became great friends and the synergy between us was perfect! Every few weeks, we would fly across the country to visit each other. Talk about a LONG DISTANCE RELATIONSHIP! We knew that our families were very different, and our initial interests couldn't be more opposite - but we were soulmates. In 2017, Jenn moved to Singapore for a 1-year grad school program. That year, the longer distance actually brought us closer together! In the meantime, we spent the year traveling Southeast Asia, and ended up visiting 7 different countries that year. What an ADVENTURE that was!! After that year across the world, we knew right then and there, that this has to be it! Theres nothing better than a best friend who you can work with, play with, travel with, and grow with. We were in love! We spent our next years growing our businesses together, and traveling all around the world! We were always on an airplane, staying in hotels, visiting clients, and attending conferences. We cherished every moment as we learned more from each other in every situation imaginable. In 2020, a turn of events happened and traveling weekly across the country was no longer an option... On April 2, Lance proposed to Jenn at Lake Lanier Islands in Georgia on a private dock during sunset. It was romantic, intimate, a surprise, and PERFECT! Now we are SO ready to make this official! We love you all for believing in us and supporting us through our life journey together.

Jenn spent her entire life in California, where she built a network of close friends and family. Lance spent most of his life in Georgia, where his family resides, and a number of years in Texas, where he met some of his life-long friends. When we looked at our guest list, we knew that we needed to book a venue in a centralized location where we hope everyone can meet... we also wanted a destination wedding where everyone could enjoy themselves and celebrate in a beautiful place. We both love fall season and mountains. So we decided to go back to where we had one of our very first dates, the gorgeous state of Colorado - perfectly in the middle of the country! When we saw Deer Creek Valley Ranch, we knew it was perfect for us - an intimate family-owned boutique ranch in the mountains. When we visited the venue, it was fall and we knew this was the perfect setting to share our special day. We cannot wait to bring all of you with us to this magical place to meet all of our friends & family, witness our marriage, celebrate our love, and dance the night away!
