Hello All! We hope you are excited and are still able to join us this August. As many of our friends and family have been able to receive their vaccines we are hopeful to be able to finally have a safe and fun celebration like we had planned for last year. As many of you know, yes, we did go ahead and have a very small ceremony last August with only our immediate family. However, we were missing a few members of our wedding party, and of course all of you! We plan to open our celebration this year with a short vow renewal and follow that with dinner, drinks, and dancing!

After much deliberation and out of an abundance of caution for our guests, we have had to make the tough decision to postpone our reception. Our new date to celebrate will be August 7th, 2021. We hope that you will still be able to join us in Scarborough, ME next year when hopefully things are open and safe for all. Look out for our new Save the Dates! We met as teammates on the swim team at George Mason University. As Brad was a distance swimmer, and Nicole was a sprinter, they weren't in the lanes next to each other, they were in all the same places. During the team's 2009 training trip in Key Largo, Nicole and Brad each joined some friends for dinner at a restaurant called "Tugboat's". Brad ordered the "Dolphin Sandwich" (which Nicole gave him a hard time for, even though she knew it was Mahi and not Bottle Nosed Dolphin) and Nicole ordered gator tenders (which Brad promised would taste like chicken...they did!), and a friendship was sparked. During the remainder of Nicole's freshman year they continued to spend time together until finally on May 3rd, 2009 they made it official as boyfriend and girlfriend. Quite a few relationships started and ended on the swim team, but Brad and Nicole stayed together through both of their graduations and subsequent transition into the real world. As they approached their 10 year-anniversary, Brad finally decided to make it official and proposed on April 17th, Nicole's birthday! So many of you have been a part of our journey since the beginning, and we cannot wait to spend our wedding day celebrating with you!
