Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Update - 3/24: Due to having to postpone our wedding date, please let us know by May 15th, 2020 if you need to make any changes to your already submitted RSVPs. ************************************************************* Please RSVP no later than March 21st, 2020.

Question

How is COVID-19 and the gathering limitations going to impact the wedding?

Answer

UPDATE: 3/19 Our venue highly recommended that we postpone the wedding date. New date: June 13, 2020. Same time. Same place. Same everything. Just without any viruses (fingers crossed). ************************************************************************** At the moment, it is not. The CDC is only suggesting that *public* events do not gather. However this is a private event so it falls outside of those suggested guidelines. That being said, if you are sick, please stay home. We completely understand all of the fears and uncertainty at the state of the world now. If you are uncomfortable attending, please let us know ASAP. But as of this moment (3/17/20), we are still on!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We put a lot of time, effort and money into creating our guest list. And we are so honored to have you there to celebrate with us. However, if your invitation did not say “... and guest”, unfortunately we can not accommodate an additional guest. We promise that this will be a wonderful day to celebrate together!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes. Kids are welcome. If bringing your kiddos to a wedding sounds like a great idea to you, bring them! We will have a space for the kids (as well as mild supervision for them) in the ballroom balcony with things for them to do (think piñata, games, coloring books/crayons/stickers, etc.). But if you are looking forward to a night out alone as adults, maybe having a few drinks, finding a sitter for the littles might be a better idea for you!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Valet parking will be available on site beginning at 4pm. As you approach the hotel from the north, turn left onto E Cherry Way. Upon arriving at the hotels front door, a valet member will be happy to park your vehicle for you.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

The venue is historic and has been visited by several iconic names. We request cocktail, semi-formal or dressy casual attire. Please, no jeans or t-shirts.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is set to begin at 4:30pm. We suggest arriving by 4:15 to get a seat, have a chance to say hello to family and friends, and soak in the beauty of the venue.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely!!!! Please let us know if any special dietary restrictions or requirements ASAP. We will work with you and the chef to ensure that you are well fed!

Question

Can I take pictures and post them to social media?

Answer

Of course, BUT.... please be aware of our photographers. They are being paid to be there and capture every moment of the day. We’d love for you to get a great shot but if you jump in front of a professional photographer, you will be sent a portion of the bill, and have to deal with the wrath of Samantha. Just don’t.

For all the days along the way
