Maid of Honor
This beautiful woman is the oldest sister of in the family of the bride. She has always been the greatest role model in the way that she walks with God and loves others. She has the best sense of humor and she is the bravest person I know. I am so grateful to have such an amazing sister that I have been able to get so close to. Cassie is truly the definition of a Godly and loving sister.
Matron of Honor
Camie is the second oldest sister on the Brides side. She has unique artistic talents unlike no other person I’ve ever met. But even greater than that is how amazing she is as a wife and a mother. She is sweet, kind, smart, determined and hilarious. Camie has always had her heart set on Jesus and His will for her life, so growing up in a household where she was my role model helped shaped me into who I am today. Love you sis!
Bridesmaid
Sara is the sister of the groom. Growing up she was Adams best friend, they did everything together. While getting to know Sara these past few years, I have discovered a few things; as an Army nurse, she is the smartest and hardest worker I know, she is extremely talented in instruments and very artistic and she is so patient and kind beyond her years. Adam and Saras relationship has always been how Jesus intended brother and sisters to love and get along with each other. I am so excited to have this new hilarious and talented girl as my bridesmaid but more importantly, as my new sister.
Bridesmaid
Lauren was my first friend in college. When we found out we were going to be freshman dorm roommates she found me on facebook and we started chatting. We immediately realized how similar we were. Since then I have forgiven her for thinking I was fat in my facebook photos. Lauren really is one of my best friends. She came to know Jesus her freshman year of college and I am so blessed to be able to watch her grow into such a strong woman of God. I have never seen someone chase after God will in her life as I have seen Lauren do. She has so much energy and care for others that draws people in and make them feel so loved. This is my sister.
Bridesmaid
Alice and I met in Doha, Qatar at our church in 2014. Soon after we had our first conversations Alice became one of my best friends. Luckily, we only lived a minutes walk from each other which made for great spontaneous visits and hang out sessions. I even went to France with her an her amazing family. Alice was someone I have always been able to laugh with until we are crying and rolling on the ground. She is the type of person you can be 100% yourself with, without any judgement. I love this girls heart for Jesus. She is a beacon of Jesus’ light and reminds me consistently how God shapes us. Although this British girl is living in England, we still make time to have our catch up conversations. However, because of COVID she sadly won't be able to come to America for the wedding.
Bridesmaid
I met Sarah at the University of Tampa. When I was a sophomore, she entered our ROTC program as a freshman. Her absolute light and love of life drew me in. She always has a smile on her face and will go out of her way to do extra things to make you feel loved. If I ever have drama or want a nice hug, Sarah is my go to gal. Even when we would spend weeks not talking, when we finally caught up it was like no time passed at all. She listens without judgement and loves without conditions. I am so stoked to have her by my side as I marry my best friend.
Bridesmaid
Johanna is my little bean. She entered my life towards the end of my sophomore year of college. Johanna is one of the funniest and sassiest girls I know. She has an absolute talent for photography and she has a way to make people feel like they are one in a million. During my senior year of college I lived with Johanna and all of our arguments and nights spent watching romantic comedies just brought us closer together. It also gave me a chance to throw eggs at her all the time. I love her and am so excited to have her with me on this big day.
Bridesmaid
Duuuude. How to even start with this woman. Lets get right to the point, she has a heart for the mistreated. This girl WALKS like Jesus. She does not judge but she lives like how the Bible tells her to live but in such a cool way. We became friends towards the end of my college years and I'm sad it took me so long to finally connect with her. She is beautiful and funny and she was there for me when I needed someone the most. This girl is pure gold and I am challenged and amazed by her every. single. day. I am so excited for her to be my bridesmaid because I get to be with her again!
Bridesmaid
Gabby is the craziest and most full of life person you will ever meet. She always has a smile on her face and is ready for the net adventure. Gabby and my friendship started in our church in Doha, Qatar. She has always been such a curious type with such a sweet and caring soul. Gabby never fails to keep in touch with me throughout the years and always makes me laugh with the random texts and voice messages I get from her. I was so happy to gain a little sister like her and so excited for her to be with us during this holiday.
Best Man
I've known him my entire life. He brought me into this world and has taught me what it means to be a man. I owe everything I am and everything that I will be to my two loving parents. My father has supported me in every decision I have ever made. He is the most hard working man I know and he is who I aspire to be like. You wont find a more caring, hard working, self sacrificing, committed father out there. I am honored to have him by my side and call him my best man during my special day, with my future wife.
Groomsman
If I ever had a biological brother, he would probably be very similar to one of my closest friends in life, Aaron. Aaron and I have been through some crazy adventures with one another. From fishing in Cape Coral, to working at Miceli's Italian Restaurant as dish washers, to other things that I probably shouldn't mention on this page. Aaron has a work ethic that is rare in this day and age. Something that I have always admired about him. He is loyal to his friends and family and would give you the shirt off of his back if you ever needed help. He is now a loving father of a beautiful baby boy and a husband to an incredible wife. I will always love Aaron and cherish the many memories we have shared and the memories we will soon make in the future.
Groomsman
Vincent Perstad is one of the kindest individuals that I have ever known in my life. His dedication to his friends and his family is something to admire. He is often times the life of the party and knows how to make you laugh when you are feeling the lowest. Our bond is one that will never be broken and one that I will work to maintain in the future. The way that he is able to enter a room and eloquently lift everyone's spirits has always been a wonder to me. It sounds somewhat corny, but if God really does send his angels to walk among us on this earth, Vincent Perstad must be one of them. I truly look forward to the many memories we will make in the next chapter of our lives.
Groomsman
There aren't enough words to put on this page to describe what David Dessus means to me in my life. It has been said that God the father places people in your life for specific reasons. David was placed in my life for many reasons that I could probably fill the pages of a book with. He is the brother that I never had and has taught me many lessons in life that I have and will always carry with me. David is God's gift to the world for many people that have encountered him. He may not know it, but he is one that many look up to, honor, and cherish in their lives. We are all so very proud to know this man. I look forward to seeing the joy he will spread to the world in his future endeavors. I will love him like a brother until the day I leave this earth. That, I forever promise him.
Mother of the Bride
My mom is such a unique and special person. She's so nice to everyone around her that throughout elementary school all the kids would say, "your mom is so nice" over and over and over again. She also taught me how to sing. She brought light and peace into my life with her beautiful voice. Not just because it sounds beautiful but because all she did was praise God with her voice. My mom was such a comfort to every one of her children growing up. If we ever needed a hug, or had a sick day from school, or wanted a massage, she was there for it. I love her sense of humor because she thinks I am funny and I love how much she cares for my dad and her kids and their kids. Mom you are amazing to me and you will always be, I love you.
Father of the Bride
My father is one of the most humble men I know. He doesn't need to say a lot because he is so good at showing you how much he loves you. I am so blessed that my heavenly father trusted my earthly father to take care of me. He has taught me to be generous, to be a hard worker, to love God with all of my heart and to live my life for Him and no one else. I can't put into words how much he means to me and how much he has sacrificed for those he loves. I love you dad.
Mother of the Groom
My beautiful mother is the woman that had the courage to bring me into this crazy world. She has been my biggest supporter in life. She was always the loudest person at my sporting events and the first one to support me in difficult times in my life. I never knew that angels flew this close to the ground. Cool thing is, my mother is one of them. She raised me, tucked me in at night with a good night kiss, clothed me, fed me and disciplined me when I needed to be disciplined. She loves me with an unconditional love I only thought was possible in the spiritual realm. Truly an incredible honor to have my mother celebrate this tremendous moment in my life with me.
