Flight

Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN)

BQN is located on the West side of the island in Aguadilla, PR. It is about 35-40 minutes away from Rincon and the wedding venue. This is the preferred option as it is the closest airport to the wedding venue. This is a small airport with only a selected number of airlines including United, JetBlue and Spirit. United flights are strongly recommended as this airline has one flight time departing from EWR to Puerto Rico at around 7PM everyday allowing you to complete a full work day before departing. It also has one flight back to NJ at midnight everyday landing back at EWR at around 4AM allowing you to go back to work if needed without taking days off. If you're departing from a different state other than NJ, feel free to reach out to Jon and Andreina for recommendations if needed. Uber or Lyft are not available on this side of the island. You will need to rent a car.

Flight

Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU)

SJU is located on the East side of the island in San Juan, PR. It is about 3 hours away from Rincon and the wedding venue. This airport has larger airline options if your preferred airline does not fly into BQN. Uber is only available on this side of the island if you plan to vacation in the San Juan (East) area before or after the wedding. However, you will still need to rent a car to drive to our wedding venue in Rincon.

Rental Car

Car Rental Aguadilla - Rafael Hernandez - Airport

A car is absolutely needed for this trip. Uber or Lyft are not available on the west side of the island. Whether you're landing at BQN or SJU airport, you will need a car to get to Rincon. If you're only staying on the West side of the island (Rincon, Aguadilla, Isabela, etc) you will need a car to travel anywhere during your stay here. If you are arriving and departing from SJU airport and plan on vacationing on the East side (San Juan, Dorado, Santurce, etc.), you will only need a car to drive to our wedding venue in Rincon and back to San Juan. Ubers are available on the East side of the island therefore you will not need a car during the rest of your stay here. Car rentals are available online or at the airport you land. Casa Isleña

Casa Isleña is a small boutique hotel with a pool, restaurant right next to the beach and with a total of 8 rooms available for our attendees. We strongly recommend booking a room here as our event will be held at this hotel from beginning to end. Rooms are first come, first serve. It is a minimum 2 night stay (Friday 5/1 - Sunday 5/3). You can book your room for additional days if available. To book a room, please call the front desk at 787-823-1525. Say you are attending Jon and Andreina's wedding on May 2nd, 2026 and would like to book a room. Hotel staff is bilingual.
