What is the dress code?

Answer

Attire for Lads: Colorful linen shirt, shorts, and your favorite sandals or closed-toe shoes. Keep it cool, breezy, and beach-ready. Attire for Ladies: Flowy, colorful summer dress—knee-length, midi, or maxi / no short dresses (do NOT wear white or adjacent). Sandals only, por favor—no heels (the sand and your ankles say gracias!). Cual es el codigo de vestimenta? Vestimenta para hombres: Camisa de lino, pantalones cortos y tus sandalias o zapatos cerrados favoritos. Mantente fresco y listo para la playa. Vestimenta para chicas: Vestido de verano fluido y colorido: hasta la rodilla o al piso; no se permiten vestidos cortos (NO usar blanco, beige, o negro). Can I bring a date?

Answer

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the event at Casa Islena no later than 4:30PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM. A que hora debo llegar a el evento? Por favor, llegue al evento en Casa Islena a más tardar a las 4:30PM. La ceremonia comenzará puntualmente a las 5:00PM.

How long is the wedding?

Answer

This is a 5.5-hour celebration beginning at 5:00PM and ending at 10:30PM. Cuanto dura el evento? La celebración es de 5.5 horas comenzando a las 5:00PM y finaliza a las 10:30PM.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

How should I get to Casa Islena?

Answer

Hotel rooms are available at Casa Islena and are first come first serve. This is highly recommended as the event will take place here. If you are staying at any of the hotels or airbnb's suggested, you may walk or drive to Casa Islena. Walking distance from nearby places is about 15-20mins max or 5 min drive depending on where you are staying. Ubers or Lyfts are not available in this area. You should rent a car during your stay. Transportation to the event will not be provided. Cómo puedo llegar a Casa Islena? Hay habitaciones de hotel disponibles en Casa Islena por orden de llegada. Es muy recomendable, ya que el evento se celebrará aquí. Si se hospeda en alguno de los hoteles o Airbnb sugeridos, puede llegar a Casa Islena caminando o en carro. La distancia a pie es de unos 15-20 minutos máximo o 5 minutos en carro, dependiendo de dónde se queda. No hay Uber ni Lyft disponibles en esta zona. Le recomendamos alquilar un carro durante su estancia si viene fuera de PR. No habra transporte al evento.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available but may be limited. Please let Jon or Andreina know if you're arriving by car to plan the number of parking spaces needed. Hay estacionamiento disponible en el lugar? Are kids welcomed?

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Rays of sunshine all around! May is a hot month. During the day, temperatures can be as high as 90 degrees. As this event starts during sunset, the weather will be cooling down to about 80 degrees. We may have potential rain showers but this is an island so it will pass by quick! Cómo estará el clima? Rayos de sol por todas partes! Mayo es un mes caluroso.
