FAQs

If you have any other questions that are not answered here, please do not hesitate to reach out! You can call or text Lyndsey at (805)245-7975 or Caleb at (509)654-8368.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1st using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking on the "RSVP" tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will sadly assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, we cannot guarantee you a seat.

Question

What do I do if I cannot attend?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will not attend" so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! We ask that you dress to impress in your best semi-formal/garden attire; please no denim, shorts, or T-shirts. The ceremony and reception will be held outside, so we recommend wearing light colors/fabrics and avoiding stiletto heels. Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, the option will appear under your name when you RSVP through our website. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. Out of respect for the venue, we cannot accommodate young children. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate travel at this time. Fortunately, our venue has plenty of free on-site parking available.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us. This will also help our photographer be able to capture the best pictures possible, which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures or videos as you'd like, and don't forget to share them with us!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a partially open bar, meaning that signature drinks will be available during cocktail hour and we will provide wine and beer throughout the night. During dinner and the reception, however, the bartending staff will start charging for cocktails and hard liquor. We appreciate you respecting this decision.
