Virginia Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk
Take a walk down the beach on the boardwalk. Lots to see, restaurants to try and usually pop up tents selling goods. Thursday August 13 at 7:30pm there is a “Symphony by the Sea” concert for free at the 31st Street Park Stage in Neptune’s Park, by the must see King Neptune statue!
Colonial Williamsburg
So much to do in Williamsburg, walk down E Duke of Gloucester Street to see colonial homes and businesses, Jamestown Settlement Museum, Jamestown Glasshouse for live glass blowing demonstrations.
Norfolk Tides Baseball Game
Triple-A Baseball team, these games are a blast! Saturday nights they end with a big fireworks show. There will be home games every day Tuesday August 11-Sunday August 16.
Busch Gardens Williamsburg
For the thrill seekers! We love Busch Gardens, rollercoasters, pretty scenery and animals, music and dancing shows, it's always a fun day!
Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center
I have been to the aquarium several times with Nathan's niece and nephew. Fun for families!
Live Music - Town Center of Virginia Beach
Saturday nights throughout the summer there are live bands that play at the fountain plaza in Town Center from 5-9pm. Lots of restaurants in the area as well for a nice evening!
