Trails are clearly marked, there are few options for trailheads when you drive down the road toward the visitor's center. This is where we did our engagement photo shoot - you can't go wrong!

Lively cocktail bar with music, heated patio, and cutesy decor. Unofficial after party spot.

Beautiful rooftop bar with small bites to eat and views of Durham! Sunset is the best time to go.
Drinks: Annexe + Bar Virgile
A quieter cocktail "tiki" bar with lounge seating and friendly bartenders and food available from the connected restaurant (Bar Virgile). Sometimes they have DJ's spinning vinyl.
