What is the dress code?
Answer
Black Tie Optional: Ladies should wear dresses or dressed up pant suits. Gentlemen should wear suits and ties. No jeans or other casual clothing.

What is the weather like this time of year?
Answer
Colorado is quite unpredictable when it comes to weather. Always bring sunscreen and water because year-round you will get burned and dehydrated. July is usually quite warm with temperatures anywhere from 80-100 degrees. We can also encounter torrential downpours in the summer, so be prepared for this as well. You cannot trust the weather channels around here for more than a day or so in advance as Colorado changes its mind on weather like a teenage girl trying to decide on an outfit.

What time should I arrive?

Tentative: 4:30-5:00. The ceremony starts at 5:15, so give yourself time to arrive, use the restroom, and be seated.

How do I get to the venue?

Take i-25 to Colorado 470. Head West Take the Ken Caryl Exit Follow the signs for the Manor House Turn right onto Manor House Road You cannot miss the Manor

Where should guests park?
Answer
There is a parking lot adjacent to the manor. There is also a drive around so you can drop off your ladies and then pull back around to the parking lot.

Are children invited?
Answer
If we included "and family" on your invite, we expect that your children will be attending with you. if you are unsure please send us a private message. We can accommodate only a certain number of children, and those traveling from out of state with children take precedence as they cannot get childcare for the day as easily.

What are the guests supposed to do between the ceremony and the reception?
Answer
Please feel free to mingle, have some h'orderves and complimentary drinks, and relax before the festivities begin. The wedding party will be taking photos at this time.

If your invite was addressed to you plus guest, then we welcome you to bring someone to share in the festivities. If you are unsure, please private message us as we need to have a specific head count for the venue.

While we would love for you to come, we understand if you cannot make it. However, please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make it so we can plan accordingly.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Answer
We have two hotels with a block of rooms in the Littleton area. Please refer to the travel tab of the website for further information. Please inform us if you are going to need to book here or if you are planning on staying elsewhere in Colorado. We highly recommend staying in Littleton for the night before and the night of the wedding to avoid Denver traffic on the way there and to avoid a long drive back to the hotel after the Wedding.

Yes. There is a drop off area at the front of the manor with a wheelchair ramp and accessibility through the manor.

Smoking is not permitted within the Manor House. As a courtesy to the bride and groom, please refrain from smoking outside near any other guests or public areas. Please limit these activities, but if necessary, please go to the parking lot.

Please do! We love candid photos and want as many memories of this event as possible. However, please do not obstruct the hired photographers from getting important photos. We will have a hashtag for posting onto instagram the day of the wedding.
